Did You Know?
John Pendleton King II, playwright of Cocaine, died at the age of 29 after rescuing one woman and attempting to rescue another from drowning in a lake near his family home in Georgia. He became ill after the accident and died soon after, probably of a brain aneurysm. Pendleton King Park in Augusta, Georgia, is named for him; the land was set aside by his father from the family plantation in memory of his son.

AUDITIONS!!!
Savage Rose will hold open auditions for our 2013-2014 Season,

June 17 & 18, 6:00-9:00pm at the Frazier History Museum. Interested actors should bring a photo and resume. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the plays for next season. Actors who have been in any of our shows or play readings in the last year need not audition.

Street parking is available as well as a lot beside the Museum at the bottom of 9th Street. Just turn right at 9th and Main. Please enter by the side door on 9th Street and let security know you're there to audition for Savage Rose. Auditions will be held on the 1st floor in the Education Center.
